Air India Food Menu Economy: The festive season has started in the country. Tata Group-owned Air India, meanwhile, has introduced a new ‘menu’ for passengers to eat and drink on its domestic flights.

Tata Group says that Air India has specially prepared this menu for its domestic passengers. The new menu includes delicious food, appetizers and desserts served before the main meal. It depicts the local food and drink of India.
economy class menu
Passengers traveling in economy class in the aircraft will be able to get Cheese Mushroom Omelette, Dry Cumin, Potato Wedges, Garlic Tossed Spinach and Corn for breakfast. Lunch will include Malabar Chicken Curry, Vegetable Fried Noodles for Mixed Vegetable Poriyal and Hi-Tea (between 5-7 PM), Chili Chicken, Blueberry Vanilla Pastry and Coffee Truffle Slices.
business class menu
The airline says that business class passengers will get croissants, sugar-free dark chocolate, oatmeal muffins, cheese and truffle oil scrambled eggs with chives, mustard cream coated chicken sausage for breakfast in the morning, the airline says. Aloo Paratha, Medu Vada and Podi Idli will also be served in breakfast. Fish curry, chicken, potato podimas will be given in lunch. Chicken 65 and Grilled Sliced Pesto Chicken Sandwich will be served at Hi-Tea.

Air India’s Head of Inflight Service Sandeep Verma says that the new menu has been meticulously crafted by the best chefs, combining Indian flavors and international cuisines. The menu has been prepared in such a way that travelers can enjoy a great meal while taking care of their health. We are very excited to introduce the new menu. He said that fast work is being done to change the menu in international flights also.
18,000 crore deal
The Government of India announced on 8 October 2021 that the Tata Group had won the bid for Air India. The Tata group had made a bid of Rs 18,000 crore for the airline. After this, on 27 January 2022, after the completion of all the proceedings, Air India once again came to the Tata Group.
