People whose blood pressure is high, they are advised to take BP medicines daily.

Bhakti Kapoor told that blood pressure is maintained by consuming sour things. Vitamin C is found in abundance in these, which proves helpful in controlling BP. You can consume grapefruit, lemon, orange etc.
Fatty Fish and Salmon
Salmon and fatty fish contain a fatty acid called omega 3 which is very good for heart health.
Celery also reduces the problem of BP. Pooja Pawar, Clinical Nutritionist at Max Super Specialty Hospital Shalimar Bagh, also agreed that consuming four stalks of ajwain daily can reduce the problem of BP. It contains phytochemicals called phthalides, which improves blood circulation in the tissues on the edge of the artery. Because of which there is a decrease in BP.
