On Saturday evening, Mother Dairy has increased the prices of milk by Rs 2 per liter on the variants of full cream and cow’s milk.

Prices increased now after August
Let us tell you that earlier in the month of August, Amul and Mother Dairy had increased the price of milk by Rs 2 per liter for the last time. Before that, the prices of milk were increased in March 2022. In the year 2022, this price has been increased for the third time.

Prices apply from tonight

Delhi-NCR’s dairy major Mother Dairy has increased milk prices by Rs 2 per liter on full cream and cow’s milk variants from Sunday (October 16). Mother Dairy spokesperson says that the dairy industry is experiencing a steady increase in the prices of raw milk. There has been an increase of around Rs 3 per kg in the last 2 months, which is due to the manifold increase in various input costs.

Mother Dairy spokesperson said that rising prices of cow fodder and less rainfall in some northern states have forced the price hike due to the situation. So we are compelled to revise the prices to support the farmers and ensure availability of quality milk for the consumers.
