    • Fresh coconut – cut into thin slices
    • Garlic cloves – 4 big size
    • Raw Peanuts – cup
    • Black mustard – half teaspoon
    • Curry leaves – 4 to 5 leaves
    • Dry red chili – 3
    • salt – as per taste
    • Oil – 1 tbsp

    • Oil – tbsp
    • Black mustard – tsp
    • Dry red chili – 1
    • Curry leaves – 3 to 4 leaves

process

    • To prepare coconut and peanut chutney, first heat them a little by pouring 1 teaspoon oil in a non stick pan.
    • After this, when the oil becomes hot, take off the peels from the peanuts.
    • After this put coconut and peanuts in the grinder. Add garlic buds, curry leaves, dried red chillies and salt to it and grind it.
    • Now put a pan. Put some oil in it and heat it.
    • After this add black mustard, dry red chili and curry leaves and heat it.
    • When the mustard crackles well, put it in the chutney.
    • Take the delicious Coconut Peanut Chutney is ready.
    • Serve it with dosa or idli.
