First Job Pakka: Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) center was started for employment of youth. A training cum placement initiative named ‘First Job Pakka’ has been started with the objective of providing jobs to 5,000 engineering students in a year through this centre.
To make it popular, the CADD Center has started the First Job Pakka campaign on all the necessary channels of regular social media. It will encourage students to train in advanced courses in product design and development, analytics, civic and architecture, and information technology domains and be prepared for upcoming industry jobs. The courses at the CADD Center will feature training in programming and algorithm development in addition to CAD/CAE and project management skills in all engineering streams.
Commenting on First Job Pakka, CADD Center Chairman R Parthasarathy said, First Job Pakka is bridging the gap between the needs of the industry and the capabilities of the students. All this is happening through the CADD center. Based on industry inputs, we have innovative courses with a project focused training method, all closer to the actual job environment. Our courses have taken control of the new requirements of the industry. We are confident that it will meet the needs of our industry clients and the high aspirations of our students.
