Peas Raita Recipe

Curd – 2 cups

Boiled Peas – 1 cup

Roasted cumin powder – 1/4 tsp

Black salt – 1/4 tsp

Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp

chaat masala as per taste

salt to taste

Green Peas Raita Recipe

To make pea raita, first take curd in a bowl and whisk it well. Also mash the peas on a different side. Now mix mashed peas in the whipped curd. Add plain salt and black salt to this mixture. This will increase the test of your raita. Add red chili powder, cumin powder, chaat masala and remaining peas to the mixture of peas and curd. To garnish, you can also put some chopped coriander leaves in this raita. Your green peas raita is ready. You can serve it with roti, pulav, paratha.
