Zerodha Update: Demat account holders of online broking portal Zerodha are facing difficulties in buying and selling shares again on Tuesday morning. Users also complained about this by going to the social media platform. Users were complaining that the order they had placed was not visible, while some users were talking about not seeing the funds in their account. However, later Zerodha told that these problems have been removed and the company has also expressed regret for the problems faced by the customers.
Shortly after the opening of the stock market in the morning, suddenly on social media, the users of Zerodha started complaining about the problems in the trading of shares. Users were saying that the order they have placed is not visible. Some users even said that they have suffered a big loss. Another user said that the order system suddenly stopped. Order notification is not popping up. After the technical glitch came to the fore, Zerodha told investors and traders that it is working on resolving the issue and they must check their positions before placing new orders.

However, this is not the first time that the demat account holders of Zerodha have faced this problem. Even before this technical glitch was seen. Zerodha is the country’s largest stock broking firm with a market share of 17.42 per cent and has over 62 lakh active clients.
