Ingredients of Makhana Chaat

2 tomatoes
2 medium boiled potatoes
rock salt as required
1 tsp red chili powder
2 handful coriander leaves
2 handfuls roasted peanuts
3 green chilies
2 cups lotus seed pops
1 tsp cumin powder
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

2 tbsp ghee

How to make Makhana Chaat

step 1- fry the makhana in ghee
