Moong Dal – 40 grams

Gourd – 20 grams

coriander leaves – a little

Olive oil – 1/2 tsp

Black salt – 1 pinch

Lime juice – as per taste

Finely chop the ash gourd and blanch it and keep it aside. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle salt and lemon juice as per taste. Serve the salad immediately.

Papaya

Material

Raw papaya – 40 grams

Drumstick leaves – 20 grams

Grated Coconut – 10 grams

Small onions – 1 tsp

Curry leaves – 3

Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

Black salt – 1 pinch

Coconut oil – ½ tsp

Finely chop the raw papaya and moringa leaves and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add some mustard seeds, curry leaves, shallots and fry well. Mix the raw papaya and moringa leaves well and 2- Cover and cook for 3 minutes. Add grated coconut, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Serve hot.

Ragi Dosa

Material

Ragi seeds – 30 grams

Urad Dal – 20 grams

Moong Dal – 10 grams

Oil – ½ tsp

Ginger – ¼ tsp

Onion – 2

black salt – as per taste

Soak ragi seeds, urad dal and moong dal overnight and grind it to make a smooth slurry and make a paste of shallot and ginger and add it to the ground mixture, add salt to taste, mix all the ingredients well , Heat a pan, add some oil, pour one tablespoon of the batter and spread it in a thin dosa and cook from both the sides and serve hot.
