Why does sweating come in winter?
Dr. Seema told that excessive sweating in winter affects the estrogen level of our body. This stirs up our mind. Sometimes this happens due to being depressed or taking tension. Dr. Seema told that in winter people like to eat pakoras or hot spicy food. Because of which sweating also starts. But this sweating is only for some time. If you are sweating excessively then you should contact the doctor immediately. He told that the reason for this could also be low sugar level, menopause, obesity, hyperhidrosis or low blood pressure.
Excessive sweating can be a sign of these diseases
Sweating in winter can be a sign of low blood pressure. Due to low blood pressure, a person can also have a heart attack, in fact, due to low blood pressure in cold weather, the amount of calcium starts increasing in the arteries that supply blood to the heart and it starts closing. That’s why the person sweats and the heart rate suddenly increases.
Hyperhidrosis is a disease in which the patient starts sweating excessively in any season. In this disease, along with the face, there is a lot of sweating in the palms and soles. By the way, sweating is necessary to keep the body temperature under control, but if excessive sweating comes on the palms, soles and face, then understand that the person is a victim of hyperhidrosis.
decrease in sugar level
If the sugar level starts decreasing in the body, then it also causes sweating. The normal sugar level of a healthy person should be around 70 to 100 mg in 1 deciliter of empty stomach blood. If the sugar level becomes less than this, then sweating starts.
If women who are 45 or 50 years old start sweating during winter, then it can be a sign of menopause. Actually, at the beginning of menopause, there are hormonal activities in the body of the woman, due to which there is more sweating.
Due to obesity also people sweat in winter. If the amount of cholesterol in the body becomes high, then due to this sweating starts.
