Director Abhishek Pathak’s suspense thriller film ‘Drishyam 2’ was released in theaters on November 18. The film started with a bumper opening of 15 crores. Along with this, Drishyam 2 earned 21 crores on the second day of release and 27 crores on the third day and collected 66 crores at the box office on the first weekend. On the other hand, on November 25, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan’s horror comedy film ‘Bhediya’ has completed the first weekend on Sunday.
Bhediya has done business of 7.48 crores, 9.57 crores and 11.50 crores respectively in three days of its release. Due to which the first weekend box office collection of Bhediya has crossed 28.56 crores. In such a comparison, between the business of these two films on the first weekend, Drishyam 2 has won.
